David Gresham uses the language of systems to effect change. He is a director of Running River Partners, a private micro-venture fund, and president of Social Innovation Projects, which works to document best practices of sustainable business and community building. Recently David has been working with Excellerated Business Schools to bring sustainable business practices to entrepreneurs and business leaders across North America.

David holds a Master of Fine Arts degree and has spent the past 20 years leading and founding successful businesses and organizations with a core focus of creating positive change. David has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies, dot.coms and dot.orgs including Browning-Ferris, Sense Interactive, Rice University's Department of Space Physics, Citizens' Environmental Coalition, Katy Prairie Conservancy, Paramount, and Rusk Entertainment. He is a board member of Houston Tomorrow and Urban Harvest.

David is an author, environmentalist, and entrepreneur. His practice includes creating new business and investment models that support sustainable community development, effecting intentional change by understanding and implementing systems theory, and communicating ideas through the creative use of media. David writes and speaks about the relationships of interconnected dynamic systems, and consults with business and community leaders on sustainable community development, living systems, and the tranformation economy.
